Rachel Fielding




Rachel is an associate in our condominium law group. Her practice involves providing advice on all areas of condominium law, serving condominium corporations, developers, owners, property managers and other members of the condominium community.

Rachel obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was awarded the Fogler Rubinoff LLP Prize in Debtor/Creditor Law. At Osgoode, she volunteered for the Pro Bono Students Canada Medico-Legal Society. During her time as a volunteer, Rachel represented low income individuals before the Health Professional Appeal & Review Board. She also volunteered at the Community Legal Aid Services Programme, which allowed her to conduct intake interviews and provide legal assistance to low income individuals.

Rachel also completed Osgoode Hall’s Insurance Praxicum, where she gained an in-depth understanding of insurance litigation and alternative dispute resolution. As a student in the Mediation Intensive, Rachel conducted academic seminars for university students, and helped run the Osgoode Mediation Clinic. She also conducted Small Claims Court mediations and obtained a Certificate in Community Mediation from St. Stephens Community House.

Prior to entering law school, Rachel graduated with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Pennsylvania. She has a passion for animals and has published a book on potcakes (island dogs) in The Bahamas.
