Matt is a Partner in the Business Law Group.  Matt's practice focuses on assisting businesses on broad range of corporate, commercial and business matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, financing transactions and corporate structuring and restructurings. In addition to his transactional practice, Matt regularly advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups to institutional clients, on day to day corporate and commercial matters impacting their business.  Matt helps business owners with all aspects of their shareholder and partnership arrangements, including buy/sell arrangements and succession planning.  
Matt often works with entrepreneurial clients in helping them establish, grow, operate and organize their businesses.
