PROFILE
Amanda is a partner in the firm's Commercial Real Estate and Banking and Financial Services Groups. She focuses on commercial real estate with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial, industrial, retail and vacant lands. Amanda also provides advice to banks, credit unions and other financial institutions on all aspects of banking, lending and financial services law including loan and security documentation. She regularly participates as a speaker at banking and creditor seminars for various institutions. Prior to joining Fogler Rubinoff, Amanda practiced with a firm in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
