We are currently seeking a highly motivated lawyers to work as an Associate in our very busy and expanding commercial litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, strong advocacy and superior organizational skills.

Securities/Capital Markets Associate – Toronto Office
We are currently seeking a highly motivated lawyer to work as a Senior Associate in our very busy and expanding Securities and Capital Markets Practice Group. As a member of this group, the Associate will work on a broad spectrum of matters including prospectus offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, go-public transactions, exchange listings, continuous disclosure matters, shareholder meetings and corporate governance matters.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 5-7 years post-call experience in a securities practice
- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements
- An entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in building client relationships
